Refund Policy
As refunds are not offered, there is no need for a refund request process. We do not accept refund requests via any form, email, or other contact methods. At Intraday Coaching, we have a strict No Refund Policy once a subscription has been purchased. This policy applies to all of our subscription-based services, including premium group memberships and any other paid offerings.
- No Partial or Full Refunds
No Partial Refunds: If a user cancels their subscription before the end of its term, no prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
No Full Refunds: Once the subscription payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
- Subscription Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds, users may choose not to renew their subscriptions at the end of the subscription period. Upon non-renewal, users will be automatically removed from the paid group and will no longer have access to premium services.
